HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and usually costs about $3.99.

HOW QUICKLY ARE PACKAGES DELIVERED?

We print and fulfill all our products on demand once you place an order. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.

Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer: 

  • Overnight: next day delivery in the US

  • Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally

  • Standard (Flat): 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

DOES MERCHANDISE SHIP DIRECTLY FROM JET LANDIS?

We use an integrated Printful / Squarespace fulfillment service to automate the process so Jet can keep creating beautiful things!

DO ALL ITEMS IN ORDERS ALWAYS SHIP TOGETHER?

There are some products that we'll ship separately due to packaging differences. These products are: mugs, framed posters, posters, canvas, stickers, jewelry, bean bags, backpacks, pillows with stuffing, snapback hats.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, all our shipping methods have tracking. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We cannot guarantee cancellation, especially after 24 hours of ordering. If you would like to cancel your order please email jetlandis@gmail.com.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address. If you have entered an incorrect address please notify us immediately via email at jetlandis@gmail.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
